VDJ010 is a long-acting Treg cell activator with a more natural protein structure, higher activity, excellent stability, and an extremely low dosage, making it highly competitive internationally. Its potential indications include systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), and others. This project utilizes a CHO expression system for production, resulting in post-translational modifications that more closely resemble those in the human body, thereby offering better safety. In ALS models, VDJ010 treatment has been shown to improve neurological function, body weight, and motor ability. The project has completed Phase I clinical studies in healthy volunteers, with results indicating that VDJ010 is safe and selectively enhances Treg cells.
